This adjustable table is an extremely versatile gift for the elderly. Completely adjustable, it can adjust up or down, side to side and can tilt to various angles (up to 180 degrees). It can be used as a copy or book holder, music stand, lectern, easel or as a bed or wheelchair tray. Load lifting springs help to effortlessly raise the tabletop, and turning the knob locks it securely in place. Elastic vertical and horizontal straps hold reading material securely, and an adjustable bottom lip keeps objects from slipping off. Holds up to 30 pounds, and weighs only 4.5 lbs. The coated white tabletop can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Folds to a compact 12" x 18". It’s not designed to be used on the floor, and should be used on a table or in bed, etc. At lowest level it is 8" and raises as high as 18".
